Email Service Provider

SBSG uses EmailOctopus, a GDPR-compliant email distribution service. EmailOctopus stores data in secure facilities within the European Economic Area.

Data Retention

Email addresses are retained only while individuals remain subscribed to the mailing list. Upon unsubscribing, personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Data Sharing

SBSG does not share, sell, or transfer email addresses or personal information to third parties. Data is used exclusively for SBSG communications.
